Refund Policy – My Satya Travels
At My Satya Travels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation before the travel date.
Refund Structure:
7 days or more before travel: Up to 80% refund
3–6 days before travel: Up to 50% refund
Less than 72 hours before travel: No refund
Cancellation by Company
If a tour is canceled by My Satya Travels due to unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of no-show or early departure by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
